Why it is more important to be willing to work hard than to be smart and this week's Team Kista Talk!

Dear all,

Last Monday Mr Gavin and Mr Dunnell held assemblies with all year groups and talked about achievement and what makes people succeed. I think this a very important issue so I decided to share one of my favourite qoutes on this here on the blog:

 

There may be people who have more talent than you, but there's no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do - and I believe that.
